MACARONI BOLOGNESE by mar
You will need:
Olive oil
2 green peppers (or a big one)
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
1 onion
Fried tomato sauce
50g of minced meat
Black pepper and salt
White wine or beer
Oregano,parsley and basil
Macaroni
Preparation:
First of all, put a large saucepan on a medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
Next, chop the vegetables ,add the garlic and brown it. Add the green peppers and the carrot and sauté it. Then add the onion.
Third, poach the vegetables. Add the meat and turn to high heat. Add salt and black pepper.
Now, brown the meat and add 100 ml of white wine until the alcohol has evaporated, add the tomato sauce and a handful of oregano, basil and parsley. Turn on a medium heat again and leave it cook 15-20 min. Let stand until be served
To finish, boil some water with salt in a big pot and cook the pasta.
Serve the pasta and add the amount of sauce you want.
