PUDDING BY SARAH

INGREDIENTS:

10 slices of crustless brioche loaf

3  eggs

330 ml of milk

60 ml of whipping cream

40 g of butter

50g brown sugar

50 g of raisins

2 cc ground cinnamon

0.5 teaspoon of nutmeg

English cream or custard to accompany


PREPARATION:

First, grease a long rectangular mold with a little butter and also use the butter to spread the brioche slices on both sides.

Second, place the slices on the bottom of the mold, spread a first layer of raisins on top and sprinkle a tablespoon of cinnamon. Repeat the process placing another layer of brioche bread, raisins and cinnamon until you reach the top of the mold.

After that, in a saucepan, heat the milk and cream over low heat, remove and strain any remaining cream that may be floating.

Then, beat the eggs together with 40 grams of sugar until a fairly foamy mixture remains.

Add the hot milk and cream to the eggs, continue beating until the mixture is uniform and strain the result again to remove any lumps that may remain.

Last of all, pour the batter of eggs, milk and cream over the mold with bread and raisins, sprinkle the nutmeg and the remaining sugar.


COOKING TIME:

1. Let it sit for half an hour.

2. Preheat the oven, 10 minutes at 180ºC (or 160ºC if it is with a fan)

3.Put the mold in the oven for 35 minutes.



SUGESTION:

Make sure that the cream ends up curdled and the surface takes on a golden color, if not, leave it for a few more minutes.

Carefully remove from the oven, let cool before unmolding and serve with an English cream or light custard.

FRITTERS WITH PRANWS BY SERGIO

INGREDIENTS:

1 egg

¾ ml  of milk

⅓ ml of beer

A little of saffron 

Minced garlic

1 bag of baking powder

A little of salt

Sunflower oil

Half a kilo of prawns


Preparation:

First, beat the egg with the milk, the beer.

Second, add the  saffron, a pinch of minced garlic, a little  of salt, and the prawns until the mixture is smooth.

Thirdly,  you add the flour and mix everything until you get a dough, neither liquid nor thick.

Then,  let it rest for a while. 

After that,  put a great amount of oil in a pot or fried pan and let it heat.

Finally, with a spoon take the dough and deep fry it in the oil, let it fry until golden brown.

CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

Recipe for 12/16 cupcakes

Ingredients :

65 g  of  cocoa powder


210 g  of  wheat flour


250 g  of sugar


1 and ½  teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate


¾  teaspoon of  baking powder


¾  teaspoon of salt 

2 big eggs

180 ml of buttermilk

180 ml  of warm water

3 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

 Instructions

First of all  preheat the oven  at 160º

Next,  put oven  paper and the mold for cupcakes  in a tray

Then, sift the flour ,  the cocoa powder, the sugar, the baking powder, the sodium bicarbonate  and the salt, in a bowl

After that,  put in a bowl the eggs, buttermilk, water, oil and vanilla extract and whisk for 3 minutes 

Then fill the  cupcake liners ¾ full and  bake for 20 minutes 

Let them cool  for 10 minutes

Last of all,  take out the cupcakes from the tray and let them cool a bit more.

Serving suggestion 

Serve the cupcakes with a orange juice or any drink

ENDIVES ROLLS WITH COOKED HAM AND BECHAMEL BY ANA


Ingredients:

6 endives

6 slices of cookeed ha

60 grams of grated gruyere cheese

(For the bechamel):

40 grams of butter

40 grams of flour

3 glasses of milk

Saltt

Pepper

Nutmeg

Preparation:

-First wash the endive, them cook them whole in a pot with water and salt, when they are cooked drain them well.

-In a saucepan, add the butter, milk and flour, then heat over low heat until it thickens and there should be no lumps.

-Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.

-Preheat oven to 22o Grados.

-Drain the endives whit your hands put them in the slice of ham to roll them up.

-In a baking dish, spread butter and place the endive rolls and cover them whit bechamel sauce.

-Then add the grated gruyere, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

-FInally gratinte in the oven for 25 minutes.

Butter cookies with chocolate and nuts by Sara R.

Introduction:

Butter cookies with chocolate and nuts, they are very good and easy to make.


Ingredients:

Butter ( 125 grams )

Sugar ( 125 grams )

Eggs (  1 egg )

Flour ( 280 grams )

Chocolate ( 50 grams )

Nuts ( 50 grams )


Prep time:

Between 10 and 15 minutes.


Cooking time:

10 minutes at 180  degrees.


Introductions:

  • First, put the butter, the sugar and the egg in a bowl. Mix everything well with your hands until  you make a dough.
  • Now, spread the dough on the table with a rolling pin. Then, with a round mold or a glass, not very big, make circles. The leftover dough is extended again and so on.
  • After that, cut the chocolate and nuts into small pieces.
  • Finally, Put vegetable paper on the oven tray and put the cookies on top and add the chocolate chips and nuts and turn on the oven.

CHOCOLATE CAKE BY NEREA

Ingredients:

1 cup of sugar (400 grams)

2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)

1 cup of pure cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of baking powder

3 eggs

4 tablespoon of butter

1 cup of warm milk

 

Preparation:

  • First, take a mold and grease it with butter and flour, heat the oven at 180º.
  • In the blender container put the eggs, the sugar, the milk, and blend slowly.
  • Then, add the cocoa powder and mix everything until the mixture is homogemious.
  • Now add the flour and beat again until it is fully integrated.
  • Then, add the baking powder and blend the mixture one more time.
  • Now, put all the dough in a mold and bake it in the oven at 180ºC about 50 minutes aproximately.
  • Finally take it out of the oven and let it rest until it colds down.

BROWNIE BY HUGO

 INGREDIENTS:

200g of butter

180 of dark chocolate 70%

2 eggs L

225g of sugar

30g of nesquik

0,5 vanilla essence

120g of flour

50g of nuts

PREP TIME:

1 hour

INTRUCTIONS:

First,melt the chocolate and butter. Mix it

in a bowl beat two eggs with sugar,vanilla and add salt

Now,add the chocolate to the mixture and mix it.

Add nesquik and flour and mix again.

When the dough is ready pour the mixture into a mold (o baking tray)

Heat the oven at 170º

after few minutes, put it in the oven and bake the brownie for 40 minutes.

Serving question:

Serve the piece of brownie with some vanilla ice cream.

HOMEMADE CUPCAKES BY LOLA

INGREDIENTS

  • 375 g of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml of oil
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 250 g of sugar
  • Lemon zest
  • A bag of baking powde
PRESCRIPTION
  • First, in a large bowl beat the eggs with a whisk quickly.
  • Then add the sugar little by little, while we continue beating and mixing.
  • After that, add the oil, pour it slowly and mix it with the rest of the ingredients. We follow the same process with the milk, the flour, the salt and finally the baking powder.
  • Then, put the mixture in the refrigerator, and let it cools.
  • Next, place the molds on the tray and fill with the dough.
  • For last, bake for 15 minutes at 200º C.

CARROTS AND CHOCOLATE COOKIES BY ASIER

 Ingredients:

220 g plain flour

120 g butter

1 egg

60 g brown sugar

60 g sugar

50 g chocolate chips

100 g carrots

½ teaspoon cinnamon.


Method:


  • First of all, put all ingredients in the blender except chocolate chips.
  • Second add  the chocolate chips to the mixture .
  • Next let the mixture rest in the fridge 30 minutes while you  preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • After that,  form balls of 30g and place  them on a baking tray and we put in the oven for 12 minutes.

 



Serving suggestion:


Accompanies these delicious cookies with banana smoothie.

PAELLA BY ÁNGEL . M








Hi!

make this recipe for my father who is very good at making this.


Ingredient:

rice 500g

red pepper 1 

green pepper 1

onion 1

garlic 2

chicken 1

mussels 1kg

squid 15 rings

prawns 10

fish stew 500 ml


Prep time:

One hour an a half (1h 30 minutes)


Cocking time:

30 minutes


Instructions:

1 First of all, fry the red peper, green peper and the onion until they are well cooked and let it golden, then add the garlic.

2 Now, add squid and the fish stew.

3 After five minutes, add the mussels and prawns.

4 Finally add the rice and let cook for 25 minutes 


Serving suggestion:

Servet your paella in a plate with all ingredients.

GUACAMOLE BY VICTORIA



INGREDIENTS:

4 avocados

1 tomato

1 onion

Coriander

Salt

1 lime juice


PREPARATIONS:


First peel and slice the four avocados.

After peel and slice the onion and the tomato.

Later pour the cilantro, salt and lime juice.

Mix everything and cool in the refrigerator.


PREP TIME:

30 minutes 


SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Eat with nachos.

SUGAR COOKIES BY LAURA


To make this recipe, we need:

Ingredients:

10ml of water

1 medium egg

85g of butter


Method

First, preheat the oven to 190º.

Second, mix the baking into a mixing bowl and add the water, the egg and butter.

Next, mix well with a wooden spoon and roll the dough on a lightly floured surface.

Later, using a cookie cuter, stamp out the cookies. Place the cookies onto a lined
baking try.

Lastly, bake for 10 or 12 minutes, remove from the oven and leave them to cool.


CAUTION: Baking tray will be hot.
