Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar (400 grams)
2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)
1 cup of pure cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 eggs
4 tablespoon of butter
1 cup of warm milk
Preparation:
- First, take a mold and grease it with butter and flour, heat the oven at 180º.
- In the blender container put the eggs, the sugar, the milk, and blend slowly.
- Then, add the cocoa powder and mix everything until the mixture is homogemious.
- Now add the flour and beat again until it is fully integrated.
- Then, add the baking powder and blend the mixture one more time.
- Now, put all the dough in a mold and bake it in the oven at 180ºC about 50 minutes aproximately.
- Finally take it out of the oven and let it rest until it colds down.
