CINNAMON CAKE BY CAYETANO

 

Cinnamon cake is my favourite sponge cake.

 

INGREDIENTS:

 3 eggs

1 yoghurt

375 g of flour 

375 g of sugar

125 ml  of olive oil 

1 teaspoon of baking powder

2 teaspoon of cinnamon


METHOD:

 First, preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Then, mix 3 eggs, the yoghurt, the flour, the sugar , the olive oil, the teaspoon of baking powder and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon in a bowl.

Now, whisk all the ingredients in the bowl until cake batter is smooth.

Next,  pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake it  in the oven for 30 minutes.

When it has risen and it´s golden brown, remove the cake from the oven.

Lastly,  your cake is ready.

 

SERVING SUGGESTION: 

Serve your cinnamon sponge cake with little chocolate cream and a little whipped cream.
