Spaghetti Bolognese by Marcos





INGREDIENTS: 

-400 grams of spaghetti.
-300 grams of mince.
-1 carrot.
-1 onion.
-100 mililiters of white wine.
-200 grams of tomato sauce.
-50 mililiters of milk.
-Oregano.
-Some basil leafs.
-Olive oil.

STEPS
1. To prepare the bologese sauce, first, peel the onion and slice it.

2. Secondly, peel the carrot with a peeler, slice and chop it.

3. Thirsly, in a pot, pour the oil and fry to medium temperature. When the oil is hot, pour the onion and the carrot with a pinch of salt, fry during 10 minutes.

Now add the mince, mix whell with a spatul. Add the salt, black peper and oregano.

4. When the meat change his color, change the temperature to high, pour the white wine and wait 3 more minutes.

5. Low the temperature and pour the tomato sauce and the milk, let it cook 20 minutes. when the bolognese sauce is ready, it is time to prepare the pasta. First, pour water in a pot.  When the water is boiling, add a teaspoon of salt and the spaghettis, chronometer the minutes that is said in the packet.

6. When the spaghettis are ready, pour then in a colander. Lastly, mix the spaghettis with the sauce and serve it in the dishes.
