INGREDIENTS
- 375 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml of oil
- 250 ml of milk
- 250 g of sugar
- Lemon zest
- A bag of baking powde
PRESCRIPTION
- First, in a large bowl beat the eggs with a whisk quickly.
- Then add the sugar little by little, while we continue beating and mixing.
- After that, add the oil, pour it slowly and mix it with the rest of the ingredients. We follow the same process with the milk, the flour, the salt and finally the baking powder.
- Then, put the mixture in the refrigerator, and let it cools.
- Next, place the molds on the tray and fill with the dough.
- For last, bake for 15 minutes at 200º C.
