Ingredients:
220 g plain flour
120 g butter
1 egg
60 g brown sugar
60 g sugar
50 g chocolate chips
100 g carrots
½ teaspoon cinnamon.
Method:
- First of all, put all ingredients in the blender except chocolate chips.
- Second add the chocolate chips to the mixture .
- Next let the mixture rest in the fridge 30 minutes while you preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- After that, form balls of 30g and place them on a baking tray and we put in the oven for 12 minutes.
